Our Programmes

PPIS is dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. We run three core community services, namely Family Services, Student Care, and a Residential Facility, serving as a secular halfway house for women engaged in community rehabilitation programs. With 11 centres island-wide, the services work together to provide quality and holistic support and developmental programmes for women and their families across the different phases of their lives.

Family Services

As a family support specialist, we help build resilient families towards a cohesive Muslim community.

Student Care

7oaks Student Care Services provide before and after school care for school-going children (7 – 14 years) who have no alternative childcare arrangements at home.

Rise Above

Rise Above Halfway House is the first secular halfway house for women offenders undergoing community rehabilitation programmes, and is the second all- women residential halfway house in Singapore.

Research & Engagement Department (RED)

As a pioneering Muslim women’s (MW) organisation, PPIS recognises the need to be a source of support to MW in an ever-changing social landscape. RED aims to represent MW’s voice and advance aspirations. The focus areas of the department are research and engagement.
